Day 1 – Welcome to the Langhe

Arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport and departure towards the rolling hills of the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
After the journey, we’ll reach our resort surrounded by vineyards, where we can relax and enjoy the peaceful view over the hills.
In the evening, we’ll gather for a traditional dinner with panoramic views, our first taste of authentic Piedmontese cuisine and local wines.

Day 2 – Truffle hunting and the wines of the Langhe

After breakfast, we’ll experience one of the most authentic traditions of Piedmont: truffle hunting with a local trifolao and his dog among the woods and hills.
After the walk, we’ll enjoy a country-style aperitif accompanied by a good glass of wine.
We’ll then continue with lunch in a traditional osteria and a stop in the panoramic village of La Morra.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit a historic and renowned winery, one of the most important in the area, where we’ll discover the story and the flavors of the great wines of the Langhe.
The day will end with a convivial dinner, with the option to enjoy dishes featuring truffle.

Day 3 – Wine, villages and tradition

After breakfast, we’ll visit a local family-run winery for an immersive experience among the vineyards: we’ll learn about the local winemaking tradition and enjoy a convivial lunch with the producers.
In the afternoon, after some time to relax, we’ll visit the famous village of Barolo, walking through its historic streets and soaking in the atmosphere of one of Piedmont’s most iconic wine towns.
The day will conclude with a dinner organized exclusively for us, accompanied by the renowned Barolo wine, celebrating the great flavors and traditions of the region.

Day 4 – The Truffle Fair and dinner at the castle

After breakfast, we’ll head to Alba, the capital of the white truffle.
We’ll stroll through the historic center and visit the International White Truffle Fair, with time to explore the stalls and meet local producers.
We’ll then take part in a truffle sensory analysis experience, followed by an aperitivo and lunch in a traditional trattoria, naturally featuring truffle-based dishes.
In the afternoon, we’ll return to our accommodation for some free time to relax.
The evening will begin with a dinner in a castle, a refined and exclusive experience with gourmet cuisine and breathtaking views over the illuminated Langhe hills.

Day 5 – Farewell to the Langhe
