You’ll taste elegant white wines straight from the cellars, learn to make authentic Genoese pesto, sail along the coast at sunset, and stay in Noli, a former Maritime Republic and one of the Mediterranean’s most authentic gems.

Itinerary
Day 1 – Welcome to Noli
We’ll arrive in Liguria and reach Noli, a former Maritime Republic and one of Italy’s most charming seaside villages. After checking into our hotel, we’ll relax and stroll through the old town, surrounded by stone alleys and the scent of the sea. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a welcome dinner of fresh seafood paired with crisp Ligurian white wine, as the sunset colors the sea in gold — the perfect start to our journey.
Day 2 – Between Sky and Sea
After a relaxed breakfast, we’ll set off along the Cammino del Pellegrino, one of Liguria’s most scenic trails, suspended between the blue of the sea and the green of the Mediterranean hills. We’ll reach Varigotti for a lunch by the sea, then take time to unwind before our magical evening: a sunset boat trip with aperitivo and dinner on board, as the coast glows in golden light.
Day 3 – Wine, Olive Oil & Views
Today we’ll focus on the authentic flavors of Liguria. We’ll visit a local winery and olive oil mill, enjoy a tasting lunch, and learn how these traditional products are made. In the afternoon, we’ll explore the Borgio Verezzi caves, a natural masterpiece shaped by light and time. Dinner will be served in Borgio Verezzi, a hilltop village with breathtaking views of the sea.
Day 4 – Tradition & Taste
In the morning we’ll visit Finalborgo, a medieval gem full of artisan shops and timeless charm. After a friendly aperitivo, we’ll return to Noli for a pesto cooking class, learning to prepare it just like the locals. The day will end beautifully with dinner in the same location, where we’ll enjoy a tasting of Pigato and Vermentino wines while taking in a magnificent view, celebrating our final night in true Italian style.
Day 5 – Farewell, Liguria
After breakfast, we’ll take a last walk along the seaside, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of Noli. Then we’ll head to the airport, carrying home the tastes, colors, and warmth of Liguria.

Can I book my flight right after sending the booking request?
We recommend waiting for the official confirmation of the tour before purchasing your flight.
The tour will be confirmed once the minimum number of 8 participants is reached.
If the group is not confirmed, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or total payment, or you can choose to join another available date.
Is the flight included in the tour price?
No, flights are not included.
The meeting point for the start of the tour is Nice Airport at 11:00 AM, where our Italian guide will welcome the group.
Upon request, we can suggest the most convenient flights from Oslo or other European cities.
Can I join the tour if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Absolutely! Please let us know about any dietary needs or allergies when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

What happens if the tour is canceled by the organizer?
If we need to cancel the tour, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule for another date, depending on your preference.

What are the payment terms?
To confirm your participation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure your spot. Payment instructions will be sent to you by email after we receive your booking request. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the tour.
